The single wine vinegar "Chianti D.O.C.G." is produced through fermenting wine in oak barrels. Such a process allows to get a more consistent and strong vinegar with intense flavors.
This red wine vinegar is suitable for artichoke or cabbage salads, adding dried fruits, when cooking for braised red meat, big game such as wild boars and roasts.
