Vanilla pudding

  • 100 cl milk
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g refined sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • one lemon peel
  • vanilla beans
  • Crema di Balsamico Peach
Preparation of Vanilla pudding:

Boil the milk in a pan. Remove from the flame and add butter. Add sugar and then flour keeping on mixing to avoid crumbles.

Add vanilla and the lemon peel. Put on the flame and gently boil, mixing until the cream hardens. Remove from the flame, get rid of the vanilla and the lemon peel and pour in previously wet dies.

Let cool, place in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Serve after decorating with chocolate chips and Crema di Balsamico Peach.
