TuttoFood is the most important trade fair event in Italy and among the first in Europe in the food sector. It showcases innovations in products, ingredients and packaging. Acetificio Mengazzoli, which has always offered products that are the result of a skilful mix of tradition and innovation, could not miss out.
The strong bond between the company and the Mantuan territory is also testified by the stand set-up (PAD 5 Stand G09-H10), which "reproduces" a small drug and spice shop, with white walls embellished by graphic inserts of Palazzo Te, in particular the frescoes of the Camera dei Giganti.
The stand and its set-up have been conceived to be reused for other events (for example, it has already been used in the 2022 edition of Cibus), in the increasingly green perspective that characterises all of Mengazzoli's activities (from the reduction of packaging to the use of lighter bottles for less energy consumption in production, fuel for transport, etc.).
In addition, the new Panaceto product will be presented at TuttoFood, a thin and fragrant sheet of bread with the precious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP in the dough. It has joined the panel of 20 products selected by the Jury for the Innovation Award at the Better Future Award (the award ceremony will take place on 9 May).
