Turkey roll with chestnuts

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 1 slice of turkey breast, about 800 g / 1 kg
  • 400 g boiled chestnuts
  • 150 g chopped sausage
  • 150 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 eggs if required
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • wine vinegar Barbera I.G.T. Pavia produced with biological agriculture grapes
Preparation of Turkey roll with chestnuts:

Remove the bones from the turkey breast, crush, add salt and pepper at will.
Boil the chestnuts, peel and squeeze.

Add the crushed chestnut to the sausage and mix with Parmesan cheese, cinnamon, egg, salt and pepper.

Lay the pastry on the turkey breast, roll and close with a rope.
Cook in an oven, in a pan with butter, laurel, sage and single wine vinegar Barbera I.G.T. Pavia produced with biological agriculture grapes, at will.
