The Snow into the Glass

Recipe for 4 people:
  • 4 apples
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 cloves and a cinnamon stick
  • 4 hg of ice cream
  • 4 nuts
  • Vincotto “SABA”
  • candied oranges
Cooking procedure:

Peel apples, then cook them with sugar, cloves and cinnamon. Remove cloves from the pot and turn the mixture into a puree.

Split the obtained puree into 4 cylindrical glasses then make a layer of ice cream.

At the end profusely wet the ice-cream with Vincotto “SABA”. Chop up nuts and candied orange and as last action sprinkle the crumbs on SABA.
