Slice of two-coloured ricotta cheese cake

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g sour cacao
  • Crema di Balsamico White
Preparation of Slice of two-coloured ricotta cheese cake:

Whisk 3 eggs until hard with powdered sugar, add the ricotta cheese and halve. To one part add cacao. In a die add the white and then the dark mixture. Put in the freezer for at least 12 hours. Before serving, cut in slices and decorate with chocolate chips and  Crema di Balsamico White.
