The Malvasia I.G.T. Veneto wine used to produce such a vinegar allows to get a more consistent, strong vinegar with intense flavours.

When cooking, the vinegar is suitable to braised red meat, game, roasts, as dressing for ocean fish or fruits.

The vinegar Malvasia Veneto I.G.T. is suitable for artichoke or cabbage salads, adding dried fruits but even for chocolate desserts.
