After washing the shrimps, put in a bowl for one hour with a vinaigrette, made with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon, black liquid Hawaii Màntua Mengazzoli salt, pepper, herbs (thyme, wild marjoram, coriander, etc and Crema di Balsamico Raspberry.
