Radicchio salad with green apples and nuts

Ingredients:
  • Treviso red radicchio
  • green apples
  • lemon juice
  • walnut
  • Spray extra-virgin olive oil Mengazzoli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Crema di Balsamico bianco
Preparation of Radicchio salad with green apples and nuts:

Wash and dry the Treviso red radicchio salad. Cut the green apple in dices and wet with lemon sauce. Chop the nut. Pour the ingredients in a bowl. Dress with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and finally with Crema di Balsamico White.
