Prawns in ham crust

Preparation of Prawns in ham crust:

Perfectly clean the prawns. Fry in a pan with some butter. Remove from the flame and roll in a raw ham slice and place in a buttered pan. Place in an oven for a few minutes, previously pre-heated at 180°C.

Add in a pan Crema di Balsamico with some extra-virgin olive oil. Add some black Hawaii Màntua Mengazzoli salt, pepper and serve the prawns with the sauce.
