Parpaccio Mengazzoli is a new ingredient in Italian cuisine. A solid vinegar waiting to be re-transformed into the interpretations of chefs and kitchen enthusiasts. The First Edition of the Ethical Food Design award, aimed at promoting and spreading the principles of ethics in the food sector, awarded the Parpaccio, the solid grated vinegar produced by the Mengazzoli Vinegar Factory.
The prize awarded on 9 July 2019 in Milan, at Palazzo Reale, wanted to recognize Acetificio Mengazzoli's strong attention to ethical issues. Ethical Food Design is an Award that aims to create an increasingly solid, broad and important network, capable of truly affecting Italian society and the economy in favor of full and real sustainability.
