The development of the family-owned activity required a reorganisation of the many departments to better comply with production, first of all and then quality requirement, commercial marketing, administration, logistics and management. Each department as a living body plays a unique but strictly connected role with all the others.

Interaction between the different departments allows to perfectly work as a single body. Thus the management decisions affect activities of the purchasing and commercial department, laboratory and cave, quality control and finally logistics and administration as well.
