Our vinegar fromm "Barbera Provincia di Pavia " Wine from grapes  from organic agricolture is a high quality product with an intense aroma and full-bodied taste.

Suitable for artichoke and cabbage salads with dried fruits, used when cooking braised meat, game, roast perfectly. Moreover, it is a very good dressing for big-size fish and chocolate desserts.

With these words the commission of The Wine Hunter 2020, of the Merano Wine Festival, one of the most exclusive events in the world of food and wine, wanted to reward our products. Our Vinegar from "Barbera IGT Pavia Wine" from Organic Grapes, a high quality product with an intense aroma and full-bodied taste, has been awarded the gold medal of the competition!
