Our unfiltered organic apple vinegar is obtained directly from the fermented apple juice, traditionally processed preserving the MOTHER OF VINEGAR a sediment with a cloudy appearance and a slightly darker color. Not being heat-treated is “raw”, with a fresh and smooth flavor. This biological version is created in a controlled production chain.

Apple vinegar is made from 100% natural organic apple cider and whole fruit.
The production process complies with Law 238 of December 12, 2016 for vinegars, EU Reg. 1169/2011 and EU Reg. 2018/848.

The concentrate is obtained from the organic fruit through mechanical processes. The entire process, understood in all its stages of production, is described taking into consideration HACCP (852/2004/EC) and respects the lines dictated by Good Manufacturing Practice, including quality controls and complete traceability.
Our company guarantees that the product is obtained without the use of genetically modified materials, either as raw materials or processing aids.
The product is obtained from the 100% natural and fresh whole fruit, and is not modified or altered in any way by food additives.
