Mostagri coup de coeur judge’s favourite SIAL 2004

Mostagri Mengazzoli were selected at SIAL as coup de coeur judge’s favourite 2004 for their unique qualities and innovating features.

The product is made with concentrated fruit juice (generally an operation enforced on grapes), fermented, added mustard as to provide for its conservation and provide for the unique pickled taste, typical of fruit pickles.

Among the innovating products of Sial 2004, what is more, the single grape vinegars Vitae were selected.
