Milano Golosa is the kermesse conceived and curated by renowned gastronomic journalist Davide Paolini.

The exhibition part will be flanked by events, show cooking, and tastings starring the best Italian products, with often unpublished goodies, with the intention of giving visitors complete gastronomic experiences and introducing them to new trends and curiosities revolving around national cuisine.

Acetificio Mengazzoli will focus on product innovation, presenting some references that will surely be able to attract the attention of the national and international public, such as Amea apple balsamic, Parpaccio balsamic vinegar for grating , World of Taste acidulates, balsamic creams, but also the new eggless mayonnaise with dulse seaweed or with spirulina seaweed and nori seaweed.
