The value of a care for the nature and for a healthy life gave Mengazzoli the
opportunity, starting from an organic base, to imagine products joining flavours
Mediterranean and Eastern culture. So Mengazzoli promotes an innovative
organic product: sweet and sour sauce with Matcha.
The marriage of applevinegar Amea XX bio, with strong aroma and silky feeling
bittersweet obtaines through the preparation of apple juice concentrate, and
matcha obtained by selecting the best green tea leaves, has created a product
with soothing, invigorating and antioxidant qualities.
The result is a velvety and smooth cream, whose sweet flavours is followed by a
sour aftertaste.
