Acetificio Mengazzoli was awarded the recognition Prodotto di nicchia at Tuttofood 2011 for its Dimenticato dal 1972 vinegar.

Dimenticato dal 1972 vinegar is a product, which as its name suggests, was forget in a barrel due to the Acetificio transfer from the Modena centre to the present Headquarters in the city suburbs.

A fruit vinegar exhibiting wood and intense notes, in a limited edition taking its unique history into account.
Its production and velvet-like and round taste made it a unique niche product on the occasion of Tuttofood 2011.
