Meatball with yogurt sauce
Meatball with yogurt sauce
Ingredients for 4 people:
600g minced beef
1 leek
sweet paprika
cumin seeds
chopped parsley
1 small cucumber
1 jar of Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove
Apple vinegar with the mother Mengazzoli
mint leaves
1 egg
1 tablespoon of grated bread
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Peel and chop the cucumber, then place it in a sieve so that it loses the vegetation water. Clean and crush the garlic, add it to the yogurt, add a teaspoon of apple vinegar with the mother, add few chopped mint leaves and a few oil tablespoons. Combine minced meat with spices, add salt and pepper, add the egg and breadcrumbs and form small meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meatballs externally. Boil the larger leaves of the leek, to use them later to wrap the meatballs. Complete the meatballs cooking with steam for 10 minutes more.
