Meat and vegetable kebabs

  • mixed meat at will
  • any vegetable
  • spray extra-virgin olive oil Mengazzoli
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Crema di Balsamico Hot
Preparation of Meat and vegetable kebabs:

Cut the meat in regular dices, and alternate with vegetables (pepper, courgettes, small onions, etc), on the kebabs. Spray with some extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and place in a pan or on a grill. Turn twice and at the end of cooking serve with Crema di Balsamico Mengazzoli Hot.
