Marinated salmon with red pepper and basil

Ingredients:
  • slices of salmon
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • lemon
  • red Hawaii Màntua Mengazzoli salt
  • red pepper
  • leaves of basil
  • Crema di Balsamico Basil
Preparation of Marinated salmon with red pepper and basil:

Cut the slices of fresh salmon in dices, about 1.5 cm high. Prepare the vinaigrette in a bowl, adding extra-virgin olive oil, lemon, red Hawaii Màntua Mengazzoli salt, red pepper and Crema di Balsamico Basil.

Let rest for about one hour. Serve decorating with basil leaves and Crema di Balsamico Basil.
