Little flans of taleggio and gorgonzola with onions
Little flans of taleggio and gorgonzola with onions
Ingredients for 4 people:
120 g Taleggio
100 g Gorgonzola
3 eggs
250 ml milk
50 g butter
50 g wheat flour
4 sweet red onions
Apple vinegar with the Mother Mengazzoli
1 tablespoon brown sugar
dry white wine
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
:
Slice the onions and brown them into the oil. Add the sugar and deglaze with the vinegar. Allow to evaporate, then caramelize the onions over low heat. Preparare la besciamella con il latte, la farina e il burro. Unire i formaggi tagliati a pezzetti e farli fondere. Add the eggs one at a time and season with salt and pepper. Grease the molds, then pour in the flans. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before turning them from the mold. Serve them on the plate with the red onions.
