Insalata kurda di bulghur

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 1 glass of wheat (bulghur)
  • 3 spoons of hot chilli pepper sauce (harissa)
  • 1 peeled tomato, finely chopped
  • 6 fresh onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • 2 spoons salt
  • 2 spoons of chopped dried mint
  • 1/4 glass of extra-virgin olive
  • 1/4 glass of Mengazzoli flavoured wine vinegar with shallot
Preparation Insalata kurda di bulghur

Wash the bulghur under running water and move to a pot. Add a glass of boiling water and let blown for 20 minutes. Mix the semolina well and dress with all the other ingredients, keeping on mixing well as to better combine. Finally serve.
