Icecream, Melon and Agresto of Mantua

Recipe for 4 people:
  • 1 small smooth melon
  • 4 hg of ice cream
  • 4 spoons of Agresto of Mantua
Cooking procedure: 

Remove the peel and the seeds from the melon and put the pulp in a blender. Let ice cream becomes soft and very fluffy.Put on the bottom of a glass the ice cream, cover with a generous dose of melon smoothie and then pour a tablespoon full of Agresto in the middle.Decorate with a mint leaf.
