Grey mullet seasoned with Prosecco vinegar

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 4 grey mullets
  • vinegar wine Prosecco I.G.T. Veneto
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1/2 spoon Maizena flour
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 spoon of extra-virgin olive oil from the Garda
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparation of grey mullet seasoned with Prosecco vinegar

In a pan, warm three spoons of extra-virgin olive oil from the Garda area, with a clove of garlic, remove from the flame when browned, then brown the grey mullets.

Spray with a glass of vinegar produced with  Prosecco I.G.T. Veneto wine and let dry.
Add salt and pepper and cook on mild flame for a quarter of an hour.

Add 30 g butter to half a spoon of the flour and then melt in the grey mullet cooking broth, let become thicker.

After a few minutes, remove from the flame and serve.
