Fruit salad with cream ice-cream

  • fruits at will
  • one lemon
  • refined sugar
  • cream ice-cream
  • Mint leaves to decorate
  • Crema di Balsamico Raspberry
Preparation of Fruit salad with cream ice-cream:

Wash and dry the fruit. Cut bigger fruits in slices, about 5 mm high (apples, pears, peaches, etc.), while not touching the smaller fruits (berries, currents, strawberries, grape, etc.). Powder with some sugar.

Place the fruit slices on a dish, then the small fruits, making a small tower. Place a cream ice-cream spoon in the centre, dress with Crema di Balsamico Raspberry and decorate with some mint leaves.
