The Balsamic vinegar Cream with basil is a sweet-and-sour seasoning with a strong basil taste. This cream comes slowly macerating Ligurian Basil in wine vinegar for a long time, then it is matured with grape-juice, then product is thickened to become creamy.

Freshness and fragrance of the “Ocimun Basilicum” matured in the Ligurian sun, exalt raw meat dressed with oil and Parmesan cheese as well as salads, crustaceans with tomatoes, courgettes garlic, mullets, scrambled eggs, chicken, rabbit meat, duck, rice salads.
