The Balsamic Cream with Lemon is a sweet-and-sour, fresh seasoning with a pleasant smell of lemon. It come from slowly boiling wine vinegar, grape-juice.
Then, the product is left settling in barrels for a few months with lemon juice to harmonize the sweet-an-sour taste: after that the product is thickened to become creamy.

To be enjoyed with pecorino cheese, nuts an raw artichokes, with polyp dressed with oil, Parmesan cheese and parsley. To garnish rice and cold pasta, to exalt lobster and boiled crustaceans. A particular taste can be enjoyed by using this cream with bass in sweet-and-sour sauce dressed with peppers, courgettes, pineapple, tomato, olives. With onion to dress beet salads. With fruit or strawberries salads. With fruit ice cream and yogurt.
