Description

From the ancient balsamic vinegar production technique, a vinegar obtained from the biological apple juice.

Condimela vinegar exhibits a strong taste, similar to Modena I.G.P. balsamic vinegar but at the same time fruity and fresh. Soft and sweet, it betters enhances winter salad flavours but it can also be drunk as fitness drink, mixing a spoon in a glass of water.
