Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 1 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 spoon of wild marjoram
  • 10 cl of Balsamic vinegar from Modena
  • 2 spoon of hot chilli in powder
  • water
  • 1000 g of ground pork pulp
Preparation of Chorizo

Pour all the ingredients, with the exception of meat, into a mixer bowl and ground well. Pour the meat and cover with a dish. Marinate at room temperature all day long. Remove excess water and put in the refrigerator for a few hours. Prepare small sausages with the meat and cook on a steak plate. Serve with scrambled eggs.
