Chocolate mousse

Ingredients for about 450 g:
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50 ml fresh cream
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 40 g sour powdered chocolate
  • 50 g plain chocolate in pieces
  • Crema Balsamico Truffle
Preparation of Chocolate mousse:

Mix milk with powdered cacao and sugar. Place on a flame without boiling. Remove and add the plain chocolate while keeping on mixing until melting.

Finally add the cream and let cool in the refrigerator. When the sauce is cold, pour in an ice-maker for 15 minutes. Serve with some chocolate chips and add Crema di Balsamico Truffle.
