Chinese sweet-sour sauce

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 90 g white flour
  • 3 spoons of soya sauce
  • 80 g tomato sauce
  • 10 cl wine red Mengazzoli vinegar,
  • 100 g sugar
Preparation of Chinese sweet-sour sauce:

Add ½ litre cold water to the flour and mix, add wine red Mengazzoli vinegar, soya sauce and sugar. Move to a pan and cook on mild flame. When boiling add the tomato sauce, mix well on the flame. Ideal for meat and fish.
