Cheese, the largest international event dedicated to raw-milk cheeses, returns to Bra (CN) from 15 to 18 September 2023. Organised by Slow Food and the City of Bra, edition number fourteen brings together a population of shepherds, cheesemakers, refiners and passionate companies that will present their products in tune with cheese. Acetificio Mengazzoli, which for the first year will be taking part in the event, will be rightly included in this latter category, presenting some of the vinegars and condiments that go best with cheese: Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Modena PDO, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI from the Senso Line, Parpaccio - Grating Vinegar, Amea XX - Organic Apple Vinegar, Organic Pomegranate Vinegar, single wine vinegars and a gourmet selection of Delisea products.

Parpaccio - Vinegar Zest and Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 'Senso' are fresh winners of the Gold Medal and the Red Medal respectively in the latest edition of the prestigious The WineHunter Award, the recognition of excellence and high quality awarded each year to wine and culinary products by the renowned Merano WineFestival.
