The Blue Salt from Persia Mengazzoli is a natural salt from the mines of Iran. Its particular color is due to a natural variation of Sylvinite, a salt crystal.
The Blue Salt of Persia has a pleasantly salty taste, not extremely persistent and it leaves a pleasant spicy flavor in the mouth which makes it perfect as table salt.
