The Blue salt of Persia is a natural salt from the mines of Iran. This salt is rich in potassium and chlorine.
Its unusual colour is due to a natural variation of the crystal of salt, sylvite.
The Blue salt of Persia has a very salty taste, very persistent and it leaves a pleasant spicy flavor. Ideal as
table salt, it goes well with all preparations and it’s also used for decorating food.
