The black sea salt from the island of Molokai, dried on volcanic land and processed by its artisans, is rich in elements and charcoal, giving it its colour.
The taste of black salt is lightly bitter, dry and strong with hints of smoked and a slight sulphurous memory.
It’s ideal as a decorative and very choreography ingredient of our dishes, is special with poultry, grilled meats, great with salmon, caviar, vegetables, salads and sushi.
