Acetificio Mengazzoli at the international trade fair Biofach in Nuremberg

From 14 to 17 February in Nuremberg, Germany, the 2023 edition of Biofach, the most important international trade fair dedicated to organic food, will take place. 
The previous edition featured almost 1,500 exhibitors and around 15,000 attendees from 139 countries around the world. Among them, representing Made in Italy agrifood products, was Acetificio Mengazzoli from Levata di Curtatone, which can boast an important production of organic vinegars and condiments.

"Memory is what has always driven us to create new products with ever-sought-after characteristics. All with that pleasure of leaving the raw materials intact, which we now call organic and which was unconsciously done all along,' Cesare and Elda Mengazzoli.

For this edition of Biofach, Acetificio Mengazzoli will be presenting: the BIO 'Améa XX' apple balsamic, aged in barriques and characterised by a distinct sweet-sour and fruity aroma; the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. BIO - Red Seal, aromatic, tasty and dense; Organic Apple Vinegar - La Madre dell'Aceto, a raw and unfiltered product, obtained directly from fresh fermented juice processed traditionally; Organic Apple Vinegar with turmeric, ginger and black pepper , with a fresh and pleasantly spicy taste; Organic Apple Vinegar with Matcha tea and Lemon , with a particularly fragrant and intense taste.
