Acetificio Mengazzoli at the international trade fair for organic products From the 26th to the 29th of July the company from Levata di Curtatone (MN) will be at Biofach in Nuremberg. The summer edition of Biofach, the most important international trade fair dedicated to organic food, will take place from the 26th to the 29th of July in Nuremberg, Germany. In previous years there have been around 50,000 visitors and over 3,000 exhibitors from all over the world. Representing Made in Italy agri-food products in this 2022 edition will be Acetificio Mengazzoli di Levata di Curtatone (MN), which produces several organic products and product lines, such as the "Améa XX" Apple Balsamic Vinegar, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P, the organic condiment 'Mostagro' , 'Mellow' grape or apple syrup, Balsamic Creams, and Pomegranate Vinegar, just to mention a few. "The decision to make organic products comes from a long way back, because it is since 1984 that Mengazzoli has adhered to the organic production system," emphasise Cesare and Elda Mengazzoli, owners of the company handed down by their father Giorgio and mother Carla. "From the analysis of the supply chain, we decided to govern the organic process completely, intervening directly in the controls upstream of vinegar production, appointing an external supervisor to monitor and guarantee it. This is how the 'Safe-Biological Mengazzoli Project' was born, to produce safe products, guaranteeing and certifying the activities carried out to eliminate all potentially harmful substances for the human body and the environment'.
