Bagnetto verde

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • 3 pickled small cucumbers
  • 80 g parsley leaves
  • 40 g bread crumbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 g extra-virgin olive
  • 50 g Mengazzoli flavoured vinegar with garlic
  • 100 gr capers
  • 4 filets of anchovies
  • salt
  • pepper

After soften the bread crumbs with Mengazzoli flavoured vinegar with garlic, rinse and pour in a bowl with the cucumbers, parsley, capers, anchovies, garlic, already chopped, a pinch of salt and pepper. With a wood spoon mix well before carefully adding extra-virgin olive oil.
