Bacon-wrapped pork loin

Ingredients for 4 people:
  • Apple vinegar with the mother Mengazzoli
  • 600 g pork loin
  • 150 g bacon
  • white onions
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar 

Preparation:
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper, wrap it in bacon and place it in an oven dish. Clean the onions and slice them, arrange the slices around the meat and wet everything with oil.  Sprinkle onions with sugar and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with apple cider vinegar with mother and complete the cooking of the meat at a temperature of 180 °.
