Amea Drink con Balsamico di mela

– 2 parts of water
– part of Apple Vinegar – Apple Balsamic Vinegar Mengazzoli
– a tablespoon sugar
– a tablespoon lemon juice
– few drops of Tabasco
– cinnamon powder
– apple wedge
Mix the water with the sugar and lemon drops, heat the mixture to facilitate the dissolution of the sugar. Cool the liquid and then add the Apple Balsamic Vinegar “Mengazzoli”, and in turn the drops of Tabasco, without mixing add the cinnamon powder that will remain on the surface.
Cut an apple wedge to decorate the DRINK.
