The Agresto of Mantua Mengazzoli is an ancient derived seasoning with an intense and aromatic scent due to the unripe grape juice. This product was born from the necessity to reap the unripe bunches in order to improve the quality of those left on the plant and, consequently, the quality of wine. Agresto is an acidulous product with a distinct fruity hint.
