Mengazzoli Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is obtained through the processing and mixing of particularly valuable grape musts. The long aging in wooden barrels gives this vinegar flavours and aromas of an ancient tradition.
This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is produced under the strict supervision, in line with the specification of the production of the aforementioned Protected Geographical Indications that assigns the title of "Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Aged".
Product of pleasant versatility. Best used raw, it is the ideal accompaniment to Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese and strawberries. Delicious in combination with tasty chicken salads. It goes perfectly with roasts, boiled meats, fresh and mature cheeses, enhancing the aromas and flavours of every dish. Also excellent as a digestive at the end of a meal.
