Description

Apple vinegar Amea Egocalo X obtained from the direct fermentation of concentrated juice. Sugars from the fermented juices are then attacked by acetic bacteria transforming the product into such a marvellous apple vinegar. The result is a tasty product with a clear apple flavour, not fading after cooking too.

Amea X Mengazzoli branded apple vinegar can season different dishes, thus it changes a meal according to the chef requirements for dish with beet, vegetable caponate and ratatouille.

Amea Egocalo X apple vinegar is suitable for delicate rise such as fruit rice.
